Never thought racing gaming chairs looked comfortable, I’ve tried the gt omega that my G has and would never buy one

These chairs are horrible for posture. If you start getting chest pain its probably from the chair. If you use this long enough your posture will change badly. You will notice that your shoulders are more rolled forward because of the back sides flaring out. because of that you will then start to hunch over more because of your shoulders being rolled forward causes weight distribution to be more frontal … STOP STOP STOP. USING THESE CHAIRS..

ikea markus is cheap crap! … you sit on the metalplate after some weeks

  4. September 10, 2018 at 6:01 pm

I don't think your legs being lifted a tad bit higher is much of a problem when your 6'5" or taller

  5. September 10, 2018 at 6:01 pm

Just buy an equally priced ergonomic office chair.

  6. September 10, 2018 at 6:01 pm

    For only 398!

  7. September 10, 2018 at 6:01 pm

Many high end gaming chairs cost around $400 and have all the customization you need. $200 gaming chairs do not. Highly customizable office chairs cost a lot too. Look at the IKEA MARKUS chair. $229 and it has solid arm rests. For only double the price you have "4D" armrests that you can move in any direction and many other things of course. Although it does have variable tilt, which is better than my old cheap office chair that had tilt based on gravity that you couldn't lock. MARKUS also has horribly uncomfortable lumbar support that stabs you in the back if you try to sit comfortably. After trying that you'll slouch to lose that feeling. There are many $1000 office chairs too. Extremely expensive chairs that destroy your pants with mesh that isn't even that comfortable. I'd rather pay $400 for a good gaming chair than $400 for some random office chair.

The IKEA Marcus is TERRIBLE. Bad arm rests, bad cushioning, bad back support. I had to buy another chair because I could not sit in it for more then an hour. I'm 1m86 on 78kg so average body type.

Thanks for the input though, this is important.

Can i overclock my this Chair

  11. September 10, 2018 at 6:01 pm

I use a very cheap $50 office chair and I am using the 2nd one in 6 years because the first one broke. it has no shape adjustment, the padding is completely flat after 1 year of using, it is lopsided because the way the base connects is crooked and every time it moves it makes extremely loud creaking and snapping sounds. I want a better chair but I dont have money for pewdiepies $399 chair 🙁

  12. September 10, 2018 at 6:01 pm

But can it do THIS? for the 100th time.

  13. September 10, 2018 at 6:01 pm

All the comments are “BuT cAn YoU dO tHiS” These chairs are good and don’t have to cost $400. You can easily find one for around $100-$200 that fit you. Get the right sized chair because a lot of these come in different sizes. The people who complain about these either don’t know how to adjust their chair or ordered the wrong size one, but instead of admitting they screwed up, they blame the chair. Go to any office supply store that sells office chairs and you’ll easily find one for under $200 that fits you perfectly.

The average DXRacer gaming chair on amazon is 2-300 dollars. If you select to remove the DXRacer logo from the head pillow, the chair is now 100 dollars.

I don't know why I am watching this video. I already have one and I regret buying it not worth it's price at all

  18. September 10, 2018 at 6:01 pm

  21. September 10, 2018 at 6:01 pm

Tell me something would you rather go to your freinds house and see him sitting in a ripped office chair made of black leather or a badass gaming chair tell me

  22. September 10, 2018 at 6:01 pm

Most of the points made in this video were objectively terrible and nit-picky at best.

I have a gaming chair that cost just a little over $150. Go to any office store and you'll be hard pressed to find a comparably decent chair for that much. Most of the points against the gaming chairs could be applied to most office chairs in that price range. My 2 previous office chairs I got for not that much less than my current gaming chair didn't even have adjustable arm rests, let alone the recline function, lumbar support, leg rest, or cushy seats. I cross my legs all the time in this chair just fine, in fact the bucket seat makes it more comfortable. As far as IKEA goes, sure all the adjustable features are nice but nothing to me has been as easy to sit in for long periods of time than my current gaming chair.

  28. September 10, 2018 at 6:01 pm

I bought an used passenger seat of a volvo and build my own gaming chair. Best 90€ i've ever spend.

  29. September 10, 2018 at 6:01 pm

    1:28 I like giraffes

  30. September 10, 2018 at 6:01 pm

    But can you do this?

    can i have likes now

  31. September 10, 2018 at 6:01 pm

My optimal sitting posture is to have as straight a back as possible and as straight a neck as possible. I paid 300 euros for my piece of sh* Dxracer, and the thing seems to be designed to give you "forward neck" even if you don't have it.

  32. September 10, 2018 at 6:01 pm

    Нихуя не понял, ну ладно.

  33. September 10, 2018 at 6:01 pm

I'm using a Songmics Racing chair, it costed around 150€ and it have a lot of adjustment. I took it in a classic full grey color, I hate how the gaming industry sells fancy product with RGB and flahy colors. I bought a powerful gaming laptop for video editing, and it's just red everywhere, and the touchpad feels like it's from 2005. It's powerfull but I prefer some modern designed computers instead of flashy and expensive RGB products

  34. September 10, 2018 at 6:01 pm

I knew gaming chairs were a waste of money

  35. September 10, 2018 at 6:01 pm

Lack of adjustments? Hahaha just check what fnatic chair can or any other

  36. September 10, 2018 at 6:01 pm

What you think of this? https://www.kogan.com/au/buy/high-back-gaming-and-racing-office-computer-chair-black/
or would a ergonomic office saddle chair be better for back and posture? I spend 6 – 8 hours a day on computer. I also like to sit cross legged sometimes.

  37. September 10, 2018 at 6:01 pm

If you really like the style then go for it, but you can get better-looking, more comfortable and less sweaty chairs for cheaper.

these are some worthless issues, the only useful issue is the price

  39. September 10, 2018 at 6:01 pm

    Pass the mic to edgar

  40. September 10, 2018 at 6:01 pm

I have bought multiple office chairs that have been OK for 50€ to 100€ on sale, but I somewhat recently bought racing gaming seat for 350€ and it is amazing. I'm on the heavier side and this current chair is just perfect. It's comfy and very stable I was very surprised that I could go flat with the chair and not be even close to tipping over. It was so comfy for me that I seriously debated with myself if I should just sleep in it the first night.

  41. September 10, 2018 at 6:01 pm

I sit on the ground lol

  42. September 10, 2018 at 6:01 pm

    lazyboy chair for life.

  43. September 10, 2018 at 6:01 pm

Try out Anda Seat Black Wizard, 1 of the mid-range gaming chair that I felt more comfortable than the high-end one and most of the problems you mentioned it doesn't have it.

  44. September 10, 2018 at 6:01 pm

When you buy a 1200 dollar gaming chair but your using a dell from 2002

  45. September 10, 2018 at 6:01 pm

    Solution just use a couch

  46. September 10, 2018 at 6:01 pm

"Gaming" chairs are just scams targeted towards gullible people, sponsored towards popular streamers

  47. September 10, 2018 at 6:01 pm

TL;DW Gaming chairs are overpriced garbage, just like most "gamer" branded crap. Another example, if you build a gaming PC, you can do it for a decent amount of money, but a "Gamer" PC you buy, is just the Windows version of buying a Mac, but without the stable OS. All flashiness, NO substance or practical reason for the price, whatsoever.

  48. September 10, 2018 at 6:01 pm

Had my DXRacer Formula chair since I think 2013 and it still looks like mint condition and I had a regular office chair before and had back pains from that chair and since I switched to the Formula chair I have none of those issues.

  49. September 10, 2018 at 6:01 pm

    A chair is a chair!

  50. September 10, 2018 at 6:01 pm
