I would hang the mirror a little higher.
I love the color scheme!
I think the coffee table is too heavy looking- I’d replace with a glass table [like this ](https://www.ikea.com/us/en/p/vittsjoe-coffee-table-black-brown-glass-80213309/)
I’d also remove a lot of the trinkets on the mantel, it is such a pretty mantel and shelving!
Also, your Imgur link didn’t work for me.
I’d love to see more yellow incorporated. That pillow is giving me life and it’d be great to tie it in in a couple other places.
The mirror would look better if it was hanging higher up on the wall. You could also try putting the pictures above the couch over the fireplace and putting the mirror above the couch.
You mentioned painting your coffee table to match your shelves – I think you should go for it. It’s currently a large focal point in the room that adds a lot of visual weight without really matching.
I don’t find the mirrored knick knacks on both sides of the fireplace add a lot of visual interest (picture frame, vase, silver leaves, and black baskets). You should consider not duplicating.
I agree with the commenter who said you should add some visual height to the room. Maybe a very tall vase with fake greenery? I like the vases/greenery on the CB2 website.
I would have made the wall the mirror is on, a feature wall, hang the mirror and the pictures up higher and try to de clutter in the shelves, the yellow cushion is really nice, should try and match some ornaments on the shelf to that same colour and I’d probably go with a different centre piece for the coffee table.
The rug really pulls the room together
It’s really pretty. I think something a little taller on the shelves (either side of the fireplace) would balance it a little more as it’s a bit bottom heavy at the moment. Some tall lamps or candle stands or even vases?
I think you need to get rid of like half of the stuff in the room to get a more Scandinavian feeling. There’s a very crowded feeling happening. And I think you need to play more with lights and candles to get that simple and clean lighting.
I would turn the mirror 45 degrees that way it will be higher but still at eyes height. I would indeed also add pops of colour more yellow and pink which tou have used on the cushions. Your coffee table is indeed a bit chunky painting it might help. If tou really dare I would paint it pink or yellow. The view from your window is stunning and your room is already quite elegant and relaxing.
Remove at least half of the items you have on the shelves

Never liked the blinds that came with the house so we removed them.
I would get some minimalist prints in black, white, and ash-wood frames of different sizes and rest them against the wall on the ledge of the built-ins – also more greenery!
Dining room is right next to the living room. Can you suggest a larger table (sitting 6-8) that can match the living room arrangement?
Beautiful wall color. It’s very tranquil.
I really love these couches. I have a super tiny living room too. Where’d you snag them?
Too busy. Swap the mirror with the paintings. Get rid of the trinkets all over the mantle and shelving. Maybe some more plants.
