Singaporean apartment for a young family

Having worked on a project with tiny apartments in Southeast Asia, designing this flat for a family in Singapore felt just right. As both the client and I are obsessed with Scandinavian design, we were on the same page from the very beginning. For this home, particular attention was paid to the choice of colors and textures that had to match the existing flooring. For this purpose, a detailed moodboard was created to show the types of materials and textures that should be used in each room.

Let me know what you think!

Your softskills are really what gives edge to your design

Hi. It's possible to order that kind of apartment design for my own? Or you are not working commercially on this? And if yes, how much it cost?

    What style your hair?

A really nice design again. 🙂 I especially enjoyed your explanation of the color chart/scheme.
While watching I had to think of the table goliath from resource furnuture. Not sure if your clients want to be able to seat a lot of people at the dinning room table, but if they do that could be a good solution.

I am an interior designer and let me tell you that you are very creative i am obsessed with how you explain your project neatly and briefly and i like the way you treat a small space so it looks so much bigger than it is exactly. I want to know what is the 3d program that you are using i am using 3ds max but it is way more complicated and disturbing when i explain my project to my clients! i am not able to walk freely through the space like you're doing. I will be glad to know what programs you used to achieve such a great work. keep up the good work!

The placement of furniture and lighting and the selection and co-ordination of colours and materials for flooring and walls allows the flat to appear to be much larger–as if it were 90 square meters instead of 63.

Do you think that in a space with as many windows as the department of this video a decoration with dark colors can work?

I mean dark grays, purple and even black, with bright color highlights.

On the japan vlog you had a emoji of yourself with flicked hair in the begging intro. I think you should youse that emoji instead for your intro because it looks much nicer and more apealing. Love your videos by the way. xx

the design looks so nice, so great job ! do they have a laundry area ( washing machine and drying areas) in the unit? I have found that clever solutions are needed for the laundry in small spaces, as they tend to get messy easily.

    I like your work

Basic design there are no "solutions" for the place, but it is nice and not annoying, btw what is the software you are using for modeling and rendering ? 😌
