Thanks to everyone who joined our livestream, we really love interacting with all of you and look forward to the next time we go LIVE, which will be on Saturday March 23rd, so get your calendars out and save the date!! We are also pleased that the technology allows for the livestream to become a rerun afterwards, so that those who weren’t able to join in can still see the episode and enjoy our thoughts and conversation with those who joined in. Also, thanks so much for all your good wishes for my recovery, I am finally off the antibiotics and today is my first day of work in a very long time. I am very happy to finally be back at full force, after three awful weeks!! We will start our work with the pattern for the crochet flower blanket and we aim to publish it in the late spring at the latest, we promise. We wish everyone a great week ahead! All best from Carlos (and Arne)

Hi Arne and Carlos, Can you please tell where can I buy the yarn that you used to make this flower blanket? Is it cotton?

My goal is to perfect the German short row heel without having to darn the holes after ! And please come to New Zealand. Our Merino is the best in the world and Alpaca now.

    Arne & Carlos,

I just bought your book on 30 Slipper designs with the intent of making a pair of felted ones for everyone in my family for Christmas. I thought I would surprise everyone with something handmade especially for them. I used to do this every Christmas but stopped shortly after my first born over 40 years ago and everyone was disappointed. I didn't realize how much everyone appreciated their gift. So, I'm starting early and can't wait to surprise everyone. I'm glad I found your book and now, these videos; so, I will be listening while I create. Thank you for sharing with us.

I am most grateful for your tutorials! I have been looking for direction on a double knit infinity scarf or one with a provisional cast on will I find that in your vast collection of instruction?

I so enjoyed your warm friendly live stream. I had to watch it after it aired, but nothing was lost. My 2019 goal is to learn to spin yarn for my knitting and visit my daughter who is moving to Japan in March to teach. What is the date for your visit to Japan, it wasn't given. It would be great if I could coordinate my trip so we could see you. She is taking her knitting and spinning with her and plans to teach the students the fiber arts as well as English. Thank you again for sharing yourself with us. It was fun to watch and hear your artistic goals too.

Yes, every year I plant a vegetable garden. My yard is a bee sanctuary and herbal farmacy so all the plants here are to support pollinators and create medicine (I'm an herbalist). Then I'm learning to knit. I am now knitting my second project, a slouchy hat. Then I want to knit a Gryffandor scarf, and this year knit a pair of socks and a sweater. I am working on my first quilt. There are several large blocks that I am designing myself, each in a theme that represents me. The first block is the largest (12 1/2" X 51") and the theme is fantasy. I've drawn two gnomes and two faeries which I am now embroidering. I've colored them but the colors are dull so I'm experimenting with different color mediums. Do you have any suggestions? My sewing goals are to make at least one new pattern and complete two UFOs each month. I want to make my first pair of jeans, use up my fabric stash, and do more embellishing.
