    I own this. It doesn’t cook evenly. If you want it “soft” it’s not really good.

    you are supposed to add water before dumping the eggs, usually 3/4 of the container then pour the egg in it, add salt if you want. Your eggs came overcooked and look dry.

    Seriously, this poucher works great. I have one. I would recommend rubbing the inside of the empty wells with margarine or use a non-stick cooking spray to make the eggs 'slide out' easier after cooking…
