In December of 2015, my husband and I went to Sweden to try what we felt was one of the best dining experiences we’ve had. We traveled to the middle of Sweden to an area called Are and there was a private estate Faviken, which lies a beautiful barnyard and now one of the world’s best restaurants also titled Faviken.
The brains behind the two-Michelen star restaurant is Magnus Nilsson. We didn’t get to meet him that night because he was on tour for his book – The Nordic Cookbook. This is our simple video diary that shares our experience in both Stockholm and Faviken! We hope you like! We love to travel and personally I want to share all of our experiences.
