just put a temporary spacer such as a screwdriver handle to the left of the element when tightening the lugs, keeps the element centered and pops right out afterward.

Hi Spa Guy, I love watching your videos. I have a Savanna Laguna Spa that i got with the house I bought 5 years ago. It has a 4 hp two speed motor and uses a Gecko SSPA-1-P122-02 spa pack. Lately I have started having trouble with it. First of all I have 3 lights flashing like you describe in this video. But also the low s peed in the motor doesn't run at all. The motor does run on high speed modeand the water will heat in that mode. But of coarse the water doesn't heat in the low speed mode. I checked the voltage on the circuit board for the low speed on the motor (common and black) and the voltage fluctuates but only up to about 13 volts. So I am thinking that the low speed relay is out on the circuit board. What are your thoughts?

    I am looking for a HI-LIMIT SENSOR Gecko S-Class Foam Sensor 9920-100317
Old style that is soldered to the board.

With a Gecko IN-XM2 spa pack, what would cause the "Service" LED light on the pack to just flash ONCE during start-up, and as soon as the "Service" light flashes, the spa pack starts giving off a pulsed buzzing type alarm, but it doesn't display ANYTHING on the 2-digit display on the pack, and shows NO error codes on the Top-Side control panel either???

I've tried asking Gecko Tech Support about it, but they keep insisting that absolutely NONE of their spa packs have ANY kind of audible alarm device installed.

Tx SG. My spa is heating without the heat indicator showing heater on. Will fix today, if minor. Tx again

I had one do the exact same, only after it came up to desired temp, pump would shut off but still kept trying to heat. Overheating the water in the heat tube. Of course setting high limit off. What I found was the heat relay was sticking on the board. I just replaced the high limit and heat relays on the board. And fixed the problem

I got a gecko in.xe, can not figure the problem out. The water in the tub is hotter than the digital read out says it is. When I opened the panel where you can see the heater leads and sensors I can see a red light on above the temperature sensor probe, is that supposed to be on? If not does that mean I have a bad temperature probe/sensor? If so how do I tell if the sensor is bad?
