It appears to be a weird modern copycat of the classic [Costela](https://www.1stdibs.com/furniture/seating/lounge-chairs/martin-eisler-carlo-hauner-costela-lounge-chair-brazil-1950s/id-f_12617442/) (“Rib” in Portugese) by Martin Eisler and Carlo Hauner. Narrower with thinner slats, otherwise the same shape. That website is completely broken, so I don’t know if “Sylvan” is the maker or just a reseller.
