Something I would like to have clarified is the difference between transitional and contemporary.

  3. March 26, 2019 at 9:23 am

    Less is more

I love Boho, shabby chic, not really a minimalist kind of gal, I like lots of color and texture, and have putting more of that in my home. This was a fun video to watch and I really appreciate the time you took in sharing the two different styles. Looking forward to the next video.

Hi Christina! I really enjoyed this video. The boho style is quite pretty. Pillows! Love it Those Turquoise and other gemlike colors. I like the mixed color and textures. Fluffy ,geometric, and solid. The pretty colorful chairs. Love thet diningroom table with the bench. I also like alot of other things you showed. The comfy big white chair and the glass, interesting shaped coffee tables. Nice! I'm going to look back on those decorative items. Look forward to seeing more of your decor ideas and such. Hope you have a great day! Thanks for sharing!!

I love mixing styles, zi'm very eclectic but hubby is minimalist, so I have to try and work with both 😄

What a great store with items for almost every style! I could spend days in there. Thanks for this series.

  17. March 26, 2019 at 9:23 am

I like both styles a mixture of these furnitures would be nice in a room. My favourite item you showed is the arched floor lamp I've always wanted one. TFS! 👍

I'm definitely a maximalist boho. A white wall with nothing on it would make me hyperventilate. My 14 year old daughter is a scandinavian/ minimalist. We are in the process of making over her bedroom and she wanted white walls! Arrrgh, panic! Oh the horror!
No, but seriously I had a hard time finding out what her style was just because it is totally opposite mine. And she is a teenager and getting her to communicate with more than just grunts is like pulling teeth. LOL
Thanks for sharing this series, it helped me out a lot with understanding her vision. Love from Denmark <3

I’m a bit confused with what you consider boho decor and style. Maybe my definition is just different than yours. I thought boho was more focused on natural styles and textiles, earth tones, natural colors, reclaimed/recycled pieces, and lots of greenery. Not dark jewel tones and modern stripes. To me that’s more global style, which is different but transitional with boho. Just an observation. Love your channel and ideas!

Lol I love BOHO, shabby chic and farm all wrapped into one….I like my home to feel cozy and welcoming…..and not for someone to be afraid to sit down…I have grandchildren lol….thanks for taking us along!! Nice stuff!!👍👍👍💙💙💙😍

I like the Japanese minimal look but even some of the pieces that you pointed out could work with that. The black and white floor lamp and the oversized chair plus the first coffee table that you picked out as it had soft curves on top (looking like half of a ying and yang sign) and the bottom had a sturdy rooted foundation.

  23. March 26, 2019 at 9:23 am

After watching this series, I’m thinking I’m a “modern farmhouse minimalist”…is that even a thing!?! 😂

  24. March 26, 2019 at 9:23 am

Excellent! I have learned so much from these videos! Thanks for doing these!
