Curious how much the rent cost for something so tiny, living in Orlando I can rent a 2000sqf home for $1500.

Awesome flat, no steps and levels. Clean colours. Adaptable furnitute everywhere. So cool that you have two double beds. Congratulations and enjoy your memories there.

Best NYC studio apartment video I have seen!!!

Back in 1988 I lived on St. Marks between 1st and A when it wasn’t a good neighborhood(Tompkins Square riots, junkies nodding off in the vestibule, etc). That said I paid $594 a month for rent stabilized 2 bedroom with a fireplace and back yard access. Ended up moving because my wanna be model girlfriend couldn’t stand the neighborhood. Ended up buying a house then selling it and moving back to the city. Although I love my current apartment it costs 4 times as much and it’s only 1BR. Wish I would have kept my place in the East Village. Great job with a small place.

I know this is a old video but I have a one question; where did you guys get the coffee table

  17. September 16, 2019 at 2:57 am

This is quite cool, but the fact that the top of the cabinets above the tv doesn't align with the top of the murphy bed is really bothering me…

Very efficient. New Yorkers are so resilient. Like Frank said…"if you can make it there, you can make it anywhere". I have never seen 300 Square feet being used that effectively anywhere else on the planet.

This is just an Ikea ad……………
